COVERAGE

To determine if you have mental health coverage, the first thing you should do is check with your insurance. Check your coverage carefully and find the answers to the following questions:

  • What are my mental health benefits?

  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

  • How many therapy sessions does my plan cover?

  • How much does my insurance pay for an out-of-network provider?

  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

  • What is my deductible, copay?

RATES & INSURANCE

Sessions are scheduled for 45 minutes. I accept the following insurance:

  • Anthem

  • Blue Cross

  • Blue Shield

  • BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York

  • BlueCross and BlueShield

  • BlueShield of Northeastern New York

  • Empire BlueCross BlueShield

  • Excellus BlueCross BlueShield

  • Cigna

Please Note:

  • A minimum of 24 hours is required to cancel or reschedule

  • Out of pocket fees are negotiable

  • Out of network availability as well

PAYMENT

Cash, check, Zelle and Venmo. 

Cancellation Policy 
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
